registry.chem: seas_flux as an output

Postby Lefteris_Ionn » Thu Dec 17, 2020 1:04 pm

Hello everyone,

I am using WRF3.9.1.1 and I am trying to modify registry.chem to get seas_flux as an output. I am using 'irh' at the IO part and I am running WRF-Chem using seas_opt == 3 or 4 (MOSAIC 8-bin;gong + fuentes for sea salt emissions).

But despite that I am recompiling wrf/wrf-chem (including ./clean -a) and running wrf-chem afterwards as a test for 12h, the parameter seas_flux is not included at the wrf output files.

Am I missing something and I am not following the right procedure to get seas_flux as an output? Do I have to modify anything else in Registry folder?

Thank you in advance for any thought.
