Issues with running 3DVAR.

Hi all !

I am trying to run the 4dvar tutorial (2013), using the WRFVAR 3.6.1 compiled with pgi, but facing an error related to the - module_ra_rrtm: error reading RRTM_DATA on unit 10. The output I have to now is :

The RRTM_DATA data file is in the same run directory ( as a copy from WRFDA/run directory).

Can someone provide me a help to solve this problem ?

You might want to check the permissions on the file(s) - I recently had this issue (like today) and was running from WRF/run/ - got the same error, and when I did an "ls -l", saw only read permissions on that file (and others like it). But when I went into WRF/test/em_real/ and did the same thing, those files had read, write, and execute permissions. And once I ran wrf.exe - the code was able to get past that barrier.
