Process for Bringing in NetCDF Soundings into WRF

I am currently attempting to bring in radiosonde soundings in NetCDF format into WRF via WRFDA, but I seem to have hit a roadblock. What is the best process for doing this? Should they be formated to little-R or should I convert them to GRIB, instead? The NetCDF files themselves were originally in ASCII format, however, it would not be advantageous to go from ASCII to Little-R because the total set of soundings that I am working with are from different radiosonde models and have different variables and formats.
