Hello All,
I want to use CLM4 for a nested domain, but I keep running into segmentation errors. It runs successfully for a single domain with the same physics. The nesting is 2way with 2 input files created by real.exe, and I have run this nest successfully with NOAH. Adding an inner domain with CLM4 causes a segmentation error around the first call of the PBL in the inner domain as seen below:

I've tried other PBL schemes, but I'm not sure what would work best or what is advised to be used with CLM4. Below is the physics schemes that work for a single domain, but not a nested domain.

Does anyone have any advice on a namelist for CLM4?
