4 Domains, last full of NaNs

Hello all!
I'm trying to run a WRF3.6 simulation with 4 domains ( dx= 24300, 8100, 2700, 900).
Every run i tried so far crashed with no error messages in domain 4, it was just stopping (even with debug_level = 1000). So i tried some things to get it running:
If I used no or just thermal diffusion scheme (sf_surface_physics = 0 or =1), my simulation ran until the disered end time, without any crashes or errors.
One problem still exists:
- d01,d02,d03 all run correctly
- d04 is full of NaNs for all values and all times except the initial time step

has anyone of you encountered similar problems?
could anyone give me some advide what is going wrong, why my d04 never produces any values?
