only domain 1 runs when max_dom = 2

Dear everyone,

I have set up a 6 domains nesting running. domain 1,2,3 are running separately from domain 4,5,6.
which means, from domain 3 to domain 4, I use ndown.
after I successfully finish ndown and get the new input file and boundary file for domain 4 , I want to set a 3 nested domain running for domain 4,5,6.
In the namelist, I set max_dom = 3 as well as other columns.
but only domain 1 (which is domain 4 ) runs, other two domains don't running.
whats's more. when I change max_dom to -1 or any other number, it makes no difference.
ONLY domain 1 runs!

I have solved this problem just now
I install the netCDF Operators (ONC) to change some attributes in the file of wrfbdy, wrfinput, wrflowinp.
for example, for domain 4,
previously, type following to see the attribute of this file,
ncdump -h wrfbdy_d01
