WRFSIV2.1

When I set a two-domain pre-processing, I just get one wrf_real_input_em.d02_* output, but 5 wrf_real_input_em.d01_* files. I tried many time, but the same results. Following is the steps:
1) run grib_prep.pl produces the data:AVN:**** file for each time;
2) modify wrfsi.nl to my domain;
3) run window_domain_rt.pl ...
4) run wrfsi.pl

the results are in data/siprd that only 1 *_d02_* for the first time and *_d01_* for each time. What's the problem?

This seems like the correct behaviour. You'll get multiple wrf_real_input_em.d01 files, corresponding to the times specified as times for updating the lateral boundary conditions. The nests should only require one input file corresponding to the start time of the nest. The lateral boundary conditions for the nest are supplied by the parent nest and are either generated by ndown.exe, or by running both domains at the same time (setting max_dom > 1 in namelist.input).
