Seting skebs in nests domains

Hello,

Most papers refers that they set skebs perturbations in the outer domains and so those stochastic perturbations are passed onto the inner domains by interpolation. Which of the following option settings accomplish that?

skebs = 1, 0,

or

skebs = 0,1,
