Is this a bug?

Hi!
I meet some problem during the compiling and running WRFV3.1.1. And problem had been solved, but not all.
The platform I use is AIX 5, XLF8.1, XLC6.1. The necessary changes I have to do to get compiling though is listed bellow:

1:Change this file "WRFV3/phys/module_fr_sfire_atm.F" from dos format to unix format
2:Put "solve_em.o" into the file namelist without OMP (modify 'WRFV3/arch/noopt_exceptions_f'), even when I compiled it in 'dmpal' mod.
3:Add "-qsuffix=f=F90" behind $(FC) in line 43 in "WRFV3/external/RSL_LITE/makefile".

When doing moving-nest case, I add some parameters(lines with '!') into the "namelist.input":
Code: Select all

When running "real.exe" with this "namelist.input" above, the output file "wrfinput_d01" and "wrfinput_d02" got "BOTTOM-TOP_GRID_DIMENSION = 27 ;" in their global attribute. Then the "wrf.exe" echoed "input_wrf.F: SIZE MISMATCH: namelist ide,jde,kde=580 540 28; input data ide,jde,kde=580 540 27". When removed the moving-nest set parameters, the problem disappeared. Is this a bug?
