Initialization of GrADS

Dear sirs and ladies:
I have a problem with the initialization of GrADS's last version.
I work on Windows XP Proffesional operating system, ans a mothh ago I downloaded and installed both cygwin zipped files, but every time i intend to call the executable archive, recieve the following error message:

Error in GXSTRT: Unable to connect to X sever

The previus X server with I have worked responds to grads 1.7 and 1.8, but not to grads-2.0a7.1, so, I need you indicate me a solution.
