4D-VAR 3.1.1 test case error - nl

Hello,

While running da_wrfvar.exe with testcase data, I got the below error message:

Calculate innovation vector(iv)

Fatal error in file: <A HREF="http://www.mmm.ucar.edu/people/wrfhelp/wrfvar/code/trunk/da_med_initialdata_input.html">da_med_initialdata_input.inc</a> LINE: 33
Netcdf error opening file:fg02


I checked log files and recognized fg02 is not created through nl. So I ran wrf.exe under nl folder, but it says it cannot open wrfinput_d01 file (wrfinput_d01 file is in the right folder).
Could you help me?

Where do you have your wrfinput_d01? I would recommend linking it into your "nl" folder from the main working "4dvar" directory.
