Simulation area expansion error(becaued of e_we, e_sn)

Dear WRF Users
I installed WRF-ARW 3.8.1 version and WPS-3.8.1 version and WPS-4.0.0 version.
i success to run WRF-ARW with below namelist.wps and namelist.input.
Succeed namelist.wps
Succeeded namelist.input
I wanted to expand WRF-ARW simulation area from Korean Peninsula to North-east Asia.
So, I change namelist.wps and namelist.input as below
Failed namelist.wps
Failed namelist.input
Below is message of tail rsl.error.0000
and below is rsl.error.0000 script.
I used NCEP GFS 0P25 data to run WRF model.
I used gcc, gfortran, openmpi, netcdf-4.1.3, Jasper-1.900.1, libpng-1.2.50, and zlib-1.2.7
I think error occur because of e_sn and e_we.
Please let me know what should i change to run WRF toward North-east asia.
and please tell me the reason of those errors.
and I had one more question.
I want to use WRF results as a input data of HYSPLIT Model.
To simulate 200m top on HYSPLIT, I need to make meteorological data using WRF model.
What item should be changed to make a 200m top and land-surface weather file using WRF?
I need your help vigorously.
