Hello Dear all

I have problem with intsalling WPS, i use ifort compiler and netcdf , when I compile the WPS , this massage is shown :

what should i do in order to fic this problem?

I haven't seen such problem..

how did you install netcdf in the first place?

since you are using intel compiler you can build netcdf with icc which might help to solve your problem

Have you installed WRF first? This is mandatory.
The netcdf version has to be compiled with the same compiler, as you want to compile your model with (in your case intel). Make sure, that the netcdf path is set correct (bash: export NETCDF=/path/../) and also your jasper libs, e.g. export JASPERLIB=/usr/lib64, export JASPERINC=/usr/include .

Netcdf needs to be built with the same compiler that you are using for WRF.
