the output of wrf file are not at the right hourly time, i use :ncdump to see the variable of times, it looks like this:
"2011-07-17_00:00:00",
"2011-07-17_01:00:45",
"2011-07-17_02:00:09",
"2011-07-17_03:00:54",
"2011-07-17_04:00:18",
"2011-07-17_05:01:03",
"2011-07-17_06:00:27",
"2011-07-17_07:01:12",
"2011-07-17_08:00:36",
"2011-07-17_09:00:00",
"2011-07-17_10:00:45",
"2011-07-17_11:00:09",
"2011-07-17_12:00:54",
"2011-07-17_13:00:18",
"2011-07-17_14:01:03",
"2011-07-17_15:00:27",
"2011-07-17_16:01:12",
"2011-07-17_17:00:36",
"2011-07-17_18:00:00",
"2011-07-17_19:00:45",
"2011-07-17_20:00:09",
"2011-07-17_21:00:54",
"2011-07-17_22:00:18",
"2011-07-17_23:01:03",
"2011-07-18_00:00:27" ;
In namelist, I set the output interval is 1 hour, but you can see there always some seconds after the exactly right time, so does anybody have this kind of experience or some solution?
Thank you.

I know that maybe the problem is the choosing of time step, I change the time step and rerun the model , it seems that all domain are save at the same time.
Thank all of you.

You can set this option in the &time_control section:

Code: Select all
adjust_output_times = .true.                ! adjust output times to the nearest hour

Had you settle this problem already? I have the same problem with U and I tied to set adjust_output_times = .true. in the namelist.input but it would feedback an error in real.exe section and I don't why[sad...] So, could you give me some suggestion?
