Running SCM in WRF V4

Hello,

My issue is running the single-column model in WRF 4. After I compile the model successfully, I receive the following error in my rsl.error.0000 file:

"For domain 1 , the domain size is too small for this many processors, or the decomposition aspect ratio is poor.
Minimum decomposed computational patch size, either x-dir or y-dir, is 10 grid cells.
e_we = 3, nproc_x = 1, with cell width in x-direction = 3
e_sn = 3, nproc_y = 1, with cell width in y-direction = 3
--- ERROR: Reduce the MPI rank count, or redistribute the tasks."

The way I read this, my domain is too small despite only running one processor. However, the README.scm file says that the SCM should be on a 3x3 grid. Any ideas? My namelist is below:

The compile script shouldn't allow SCM to be built with MPI. The solution is to do a serial build.
