I run wrf-chem dust options with 2 domains using FNL data.
(Sorry, I'm running wrf-chem but I think my problem is more suitable with wrf nesting topic.)
The problem occurs when running real.exe.
D01 runs well but after starting D02, the real.exe stops and there is no error message in rsl.error.*.
The last some lines in rsl.error.0000 are right here.

Actually this is the first time running wrf using FNL data.
I did ungrib process with Vtable.GFS and I finished metgrid process also.

I checked FNL data has four soil layers, but "num_metgrid_soil_levels" is zero(0) in met_em.d* files.
